Ceramic 8 Guitar passive humbucker Produced for use as Bridge

A great and rather special bridge position pickup, particularly designed for rock & roll. Designed with two side wound coils which can be either wired for humbucking, single coil or dual single coil. The Back Bone Special is actually a humbucker with a twist: A number of the pick up windings are moved from the front coil to the back coil. This feature gives the BBS the power of a humbucker and the overtones and clarity of a single coil, which makes it suitable for both clean sounds and every variety of overdrive.
